Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the overall maintenance activities of the plant.
* Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
* Manage electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and utility maintenance activities.
* Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize unplanned downtime.
* Supervise maintenance engineers, technicians, and contractors.
* Troubleshoot major equipment breakdowns and coordinate corrective actions.
* Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
* Prepare annual maintenance plans, budgets, and spare\-parts requirements.
* Monitor maintenance costs and ensure effective utilization of resources.
* Coordinate shutdown and major maintenance activities.
* Ensure all maintenance work complies with company HSE procedures and applicable standards.
* Maintain proper records of equipment, maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts.
* Coordinate with Production, Quality, HSE, and other departments to ensure smooth plant operations.
* Identify opportunities for equipment improvement, automation, and energy efficiency.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline**.
* Minimum **8–10 years of relevant maintenance experience**, preferably in manufacturing, chemical, lubricant, oil \& gas, or process industries.
* Minimum **3–5 years in a Maintenance Manager / Maintenance Head or similar leadership position**.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, utilities, and industrial equipment.
* Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
* Strong troubleshooting and root\-cause analysis skills.
* Experience managing maintenance teams and contractors.
* Knowledge of CMMS/maintenance management systems is preferred.
* Good knowledge of HSE requirements and industrial safety practices.
* Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem\-solving skills.
* **Qatar/GCC industrial experience will be an advantage.**
Pay: QAR10,000\.00 \- QAR15,000\.00 per month
