Summary: Seeking an experienced Mechanical/HVAC Technician with strong hands-on expertise in chilled water systems, including central chiller plants and district cooling, to perform maintenance and fault diagnosis. Highlights: 1. Strong hands-on experience in HVAC chilled water systems 2. Practical experience with FCU, FAHU, AHU, and VFD systems 3. Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance and fault diagnosis \- Minimum 5\+ years of experience as a Mechanical/HVAC Technician. \- Strong hands\-on experience in HVAC chilled water systems, particularly Central Chiller Plants and/or District Cooling Systems (DCS). \- Practical experience with FCU, FAHU, AHU, secondary chilled water pumps, and VFD systems. \- Good knowledge of chilled water pumps, valves, strainers, PICVs, control systems, and HVAC equipment troubleshooting. \- Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, and basic commissioning activities. \- Experience in MEP/FM operations and maintenance is preferred. \- Ability to read HVAC mechanical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals. \- Qatar/GCC experience is preferred. \- Valid relevant technical certification or diploma is an advantage.
