Strong EPC project execution experience and KAHRAMAA standards knowledge. Job Summary We are looking for an experienced **Project Manager** to lead and manage major **132kV/220kV GIS Substation and transmission projects** in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong EPC project execution experience, excellent knowledge of **KAHRAMAA standards and procedures**, and proven experience managing budgets, resources, contracts, clients, and consultants. Key Responsibilities * Lead the overall execution and delivery of 132kV/220kV GIS Substation and transmission projects. * Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout in accordance with approved schedules and budgets. * Ensure compliance with **KAHRAMAA standards, specifications, and procedures**. * Manage project budgets, manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources. * Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. * Manage contracts, variations, claims, and commercial requirements. * Identify and manage project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures. * Monitor project progress, schedule, cost, quality, and safety performance. * Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to management and clients. * Ensure timely resolution of technical, contractual, and project execution issues. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning teams. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline. * **Minimum 15 years of overall experience** in power transmission/substation projects. * **Minimum 5 years of GCC experience** in transmission and/or substation projects. * Proven experience in **132kV/220kV GIS Substation projects**. * Strong **EPC project execution** experience. * Good knowledge of **KAHRAMAA standards and procedures**. * Strong experience in budget and resource management. * Experience in contract administration and project commercial matters. * Excellent client and consultant coordination skills. * Strong risk management and problem\-solving abilities. * Knowledge of **Primavera P6** is required/preferred. * Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Preferred * Qatar project experience. * Experience with major utility/power transmission projects. * Experience working with KAHRAMAA and its consultants. * Candidates currently available in Qatar will be preferred.
