Summary: Seeking a Plaster Technician to perform internal and external plastering, surface preparation, and repair work while maintaining quality finishes and adhering to safety procedures. Repair cracks, damaged plaster, and perform surface restoration Plaster Technician **Responsibilities** * Carry out internal and external plastering works on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. * Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying bonding materials before plastering. * Mix cement, sand, gypsum, and other plastering materials according to required specifications. * Apply plaster evenly and achieve smooth, level, and properly finished surfaces. * Repair cracks, damaged plaster, uneven surfaces, and other finishing defects. * Perform screeding, patching, skim coating, and minor surface restoration works. * Read and follow basic drawings, measurements, and work instructions. * Use and maintain plastering tools and equipment properly. * Follow site HSE, PTW, and safe working procedures. * Maintain good housekeeping in assigned work areas. **Requirements** * Minimum **3–5 years of relevant experience as a Plaster Technician**, preferably in the **Oil \& Gas or industrial sector**. * Trade Certificate / ITI / Technical qualification in plastering, masonry, or civil works preferred. * Hands\-on experience in cement plastering, gypsum plastering, skim coating, and surface finishing. * Good knowledge of plastering materials, mixing ratios, and application techniques. * Ability to achieve smooth, level, and high\-quality finishes. * Skilled in using plastering hand tools and related equipment. * Ability to read basic drawings and take accurate measurements. * Experience in shutdown, maintenance, or industrial projects is preferred. * Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions. * Immediate availability preferred. interested candidates can send cv to 31313903/ bency@madre\-me.com Work Location: In person
