Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and conduct inspections **PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR:** * **Daily Operations** Supervise chemical production processes, monitor parameters, and ensure adherence to SOPs. * **Team Leadership** Direct and train operators, assign tasks, and evaluate performance. * **Safety Compliance** Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations (OSHA, ISO,), conduct inspections, and provide training. * **Process Management** Optimize workflows, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. * **Equipment Oversight** Monitor equipment performance, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure reliability. * **Documentation** Maintain accurate production records, compliance logs, and audit reports. * **Inventory \& Scheduling** Manage raw material staging, production sequencing, and inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
