The role is responsible for identifying development opportunities, securing financing, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered profitably, on time, and in compliance with local regulations. **Key responsibilities** * Identify, evaluate, and acquire prime land or development opportunities. * Lead feasibility studies, market research, financial modeling, and ROI analysis. * Develop project concepts, timelines, budgets, and execution strategies. * Secure financing from banks, investors, and strategic partners. * Oversee planning, permitting, design, construction, and project delivery. * Negotiate with architects, contractors, consultants, and government authorities. * Manage sales, leasing, and marketing strategies for completed developments. * Monitor risk, cash flow, compliance, and profitability throughout the project lifecycle. **Skills and qualifications** * Strong experience in real estate development, project management, or property investment. * Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to assess market demand, budgets, and development feasibility. * Knowledge of land acquisition, zoning, permitting, and construction processes. * Familiarity with Qatar’s property market and regulatory environment is a strong advantage. * Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Construction Management, or a related field is often preferred.
