Ensure compliance with local authority requirements and development standards The Retail Delivery Executive to manage retail fit\-out projects within a mixed use development. The role involves tenant coordination, design review, authority approval, project delivery, and handover, ensuring projects are completed on time and to quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage retail fit\-out projects from the leasing to fit\-out delivery and store opening. * Review architectural, interior, and MEP submissions with tenants, consultants, and internal technical department. * Coordinate tenants throughout the fit\-out process and delivery. * Liaise with tenants, contractors, consultants, and management. * Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, quality, and compliance. * Lead project meetings and prepare progress reports. * Resolve technical and fit\-out \-related issues on site and drawings. * Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables within agreed timelines. * Ensure compliance with local authority requirements (Municipality, QCDD, Kahrama, MOI) and development standards. * Review and prepare LOD, shop drawings, and as\-built drawings. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years' experience in retail fit\-out or mixed\-use development projects. * PMP certification preferred. * Strong knowledge of architecture, interior fit\-out, and MEP systems. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Project. * Ability to review architectural and MEP drawings, specifications, and fit\-out documentation.
