Expand market presence and build customer relationships Position: Sales Manager – Spare Parts Job Summary Al Jazeera Group is seeking an experienced and results\-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our Spare Parts sales business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, expanding the customer base, and achieving revenue targets while maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities \* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets. \* Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance. \* Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. \* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. \* Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. \* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. \* Negotiate contracts and close high\-value sales opportunities. \* Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure product availability. \* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. \* Manage key accounts and resolve customer issues promptly. \* Participate in business development activities and marketing initiatives. \* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications \* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. \* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the Spare Parts industry. \* Strong knowledge of spare parts for automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery. \* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. \* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. \* Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. \* Valid driving license is preferred. \* Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
