Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP coordination is essential Sr. Mechanical Draftsman \- MEP Building Construction Mind Stream is recruiting a Sr. Mechanical Draftsman for a leading MEP Contracting Company. This role is vital for ensuring that all mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting layouts are perfectly coordinated and ready for site execution. Responsibilities: \- Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems. \- Coordinate mechanical layouts with electrical, structural, and architectural drawings to resolve clashes. \- Generate sections, isometric drawings, and installation details for site execution. \- Incorporate engineer mark\-ups and consultant comments into revised drawing sets. \- Prepare as\-built drawings based on site redlines and final installations. \- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS). Requirements: \- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP coordination. \- Strong background in HVAC drafting, plumbing layouts, and firefighting systems. \- Experience generating detailed shop drawings, section details, and as\-built drawings. \- Ability to extract material quantities from drawings for procurement. \- Knowledge of standard layers, scales, drafting templates, and version control.
