Nestra Indonesia is seeking a Structural Facade Designer to join our growing engineering team in Qatar. This role is at the intersection of architecture, structural engineering, and innovation—transforming conceptual designs into technically sound, buildable façade systems that define modern buildings. As a Structural Facade Designer, you'll collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project teams to develop façade solutions that meet aesthetic intent while delivering structural integrity, sustainability, and long\-term performance. What You'll Do * Design structural façade systems for commercial, residential, and mixed\-use developments, ensuring compliance with project specifications and international building standards. * Produce detailed façade drawings, shop drawings, fabrication packages, and installation details using industry\-standard design software. * Perform structural calculations and engineering analyses for curtain walls, cladding systems, glazing, aluminum framing, and supporting structures. * Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and manufacturing teams to resolve design challenges throughout the project lifecycle. * Review project requirements, technical specifications, and structural load criteria to ensure safe and efficient façade solutions. * Optimize designs for constructability, cost efficiency, and material performance without compromising architectural intent. * Support site teams by providing technical guidance during fabrication, installation, and project execution. * Participate in design reviews, value engineering initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance project quality and delivery. What We're Looking For We're looking for an engineer who appreciates that every façade is both a structural system and a visual statement. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. * Proven experience in façade engineering, curtain wall design, structural façade systems, or building envelope design. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software such as Revit, SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar engineering platforms. * Strong understanding of structural analysis, façade materials, aluminum systems, glazing technologies, and applicable international building codes. * Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings and translate them into practical engineering solutions. * Familiarity with fabrication processes, installation methodologies, and project coordination within the construction industry. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills with a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary projects. * A commitment to engineering excellence, attention to detail, and delivering innovative façade solutions. الراتب المدفوع: QAR٢٠٠٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
