Perform general office tasks to support Sales and Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, transcribing information, sending faxes). Assist management with employee training and motivation; serve as a role model. Comply with all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate their service needs and fulfill them, expressing genuine appreciation. Communicate with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; handle telephone calls using proper protocol.
