Summary: This role involves conducting technical analysis of bus operations, troubleshooting complex problems, generating reports, and innovating solutions to enhance efficiency. Highlights: 1. Technical Analysis · Conduct comprehensive technical analysis of bus operations, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks · Analyze data from various sources, including maintenance records, operational logs, and customer feedback · Develop and maintain technical models, simulations \& predictive analytics 2\. Problem\-Solving · Troubleshoot complex technical problems, collaborating with cross\-functional teams to resolve issues · Conduct root cause analysis, identifying underlying causes and developing corrective actions · Implement and verify solutions, ensuring effectiveness \& efficiency 3\. Reporting \& Documentation · Generate comprehensive technical reports, analyzing data, trends, and recommendations · Maintain accurate, up\-to\-date records, updating databases and documentation · Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals \& guidelines 4\. Innovation \& Development · Research and recommend new technologies, innovative solutions \& industry best practices · Collaborate with industry experts, attending conferences, workshops, and seminars · Develop and implement process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency · Stakeholder Support Provide technical support to stakeholders, including customers, drivers, and maintenance staf · Communicate complex technical information, ensuring clarity and understanding · Develop training materials, conducting workshops and training sessions. **Qualifications** · Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field · Work Experience (e.g., Number of years and field / role) · At least 3\+ years in technical analysis or related field with 1\+ year in a similar role · Certificates \& Trainings Any relevant certification or training such as: * Certified Technical Analyst * Data Analysis Certification * Technical Writing Training · Skills Technical Analysis, Problem\-Solving, Data Analysis Pay: QAR6,000\.00 \- QAR7,000\.00 per hour Experience: * Technical Analyst: 3 years (Preferred) Language: * English (Preferred) License/Certification: * QID (Preferred) Work Location: In person
