Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate tower cranes safely and efficiently at construction sites. * Inspect crane controls, electrical systems, safety devices, and equipment before operation. * Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and identify electrical faults in the crane. * Coordinate with site supervisors, riggers, and signalmen during lifting operations. * Ensure all lifting activities comply with safety procedures and site regulations. * Monitor crane capacity, load limits, and safe lifting practices. * Report any electrical, mechanical, or operational issues to the maintenance team. * Maintain daily crane operation and inspection records. * Follow preventive maintenance and safety requirements. * Ensure proper communication with the ground team during lifting operations. **Requirements:** * Proven experience operating tower cranes. * Knowledge of tower crane electrical systems and controls. * Ability to identify and report basic electrical faults. * Valid tower crane operator certification/license preferred. * Good understanding of lifting and construction site safety procedures. * Physically fit and able to work at heights. * 3\+ years of GCC Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR6,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
