This role offers an opportunity to contribute to Qatar's transportation infrastructure development and make a positive impact on the community's mobility and safety. * Conduct thorough traffic analyses and studies to understand patterns and trends. * Perform road safety assessments and identify potential hazards or risks. * Develop and implement traffic management plans to optimize traffic flow. * Collaborate with project teams to integrate traffic engineering solutions. * Monitor and evaluate the performance of traffic systems and make recommendations for improvements. * Stay updated with the latest traffic engineering technologies and best practices. * Prepare reports and documentation for traffic\-related projects. * Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members. * Ensure compliance with local and international traffic engineering standards and regulations. * Participate in project meetings and contribute to the overall project management process. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 15 years of experience in traffic engineering or a similar role. * Strong knowledge of traffic analysis techniques and road safety principles. * Proficiency in using traffic engineering software and tools. * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Effective communication and collaboration skills. * Familiarity with local traffic regulations and standards in Qatar. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends. * Valid professional engineering license or the ability to obtain one. * MMUP registration is mandatory.
