Administers Learning Management Systems and online learning platforms ISS International SpA is looking for an experienced Training Supervisor. **JOB PURPOSE** The Training Supervisor is responsible for driving the effective planning, coordination, and execution of organizational learning initiatives. The role ensures that annual training needs are accurately identified, high quality training solutions are sourced or internally developed and delivered on time, while also ensuring that learning outcomes are measured through robust evaluation and reporting. The Training Supervisor also administers the Learning Management System and online learning platforms, ensuring accurate data management and insightful reporting to support continuous capability development and organizational performance. **Qualification** Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources or related fields) from a recognized University. Professional certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is desirable. Certified Trainer will be advantageous. **Experience** At least 5 years’ relevant experience. Proven experience in end\-to\-end training process and implementation of company\-wide learning solutions. Proven experience in utilizing Learning Management Systems and emerging learning technologies.
