Together, we make Every Moment Matter. **Job Description** * **Deliver Excellent Guest Service** – Greet guests warmly, assist with seating, take orders accurately, and provide attentive service according to hotel standards. * **Promote Hotel Services** – Actively recommend hotel facilities, food and beverage offerings, and local attractions to guests. * **Serve Food and Beverages** – Prepare and serve food, beverages, coffee, wine, and other drinks following established service procedures and standards. * **Handle Guest Requests and Complaints** – Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve complaints to ensure guest satisfaction. * **Maintain Product Knowledge** – Develop thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, beverages, wines, glassware, promotions, and outlet operating hours. * **Follow Service Standards** – Adhere to the correct sequence of service, telephone etiquette, responsible alcohol service, and all departmental policies and procedures. * **Ensure Cleanliness and Hygiene** – Maintain cleanliness of assigned stations, equipment, service areas, and comply with safety, sanitation, and food allergy awareness standards. * **Prepare and Set Up Service Areas** – Set tables, arrange linen, glassware, cutlery, and equipment, replenish supplies, and ensure readiness for service. * **Support Operational Efficiency** – Monitor stock levels, replenish buffet items, complete side duties, restock supplies, and properly store reusable items after service. * **Demonstrate Professionalism and Teamwork** – Communicate courteously with guests and colleagues, maintain a positive “Yes I Can” attitude, uphold ethical standards, and support maintenance and minibar operations when assigned. **Qualifications** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Server in a 4\-star or 5\-star hotel. * Experience in any of the following: + Japanese cuisine (sushi, sashimi, traditional Japanese service) + Bar operations and beverage service (cocktails, spirits, wines) + Fine dining restaurant service * Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and menu items. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Good command of spoken and written English. * Well\-groomed, professional, and pleasant personality. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and service. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment. * Strong multitasking and teamwork skills. * Positive, energetic, and guest\-focused attitude (“Yes, I Can” mindset). * Age: 20–30 years. **Additional Information** **Why Join Radisson Hotel Group?** **Live the Magic of Hospitality \-** Be part of a team that creates **exceptional experiences and memorable moments** every day.
