Coordinate with various departments regarding stock movements **Job Description – Warehouse Storekeeper** **Position:** Warehouse Storekeeper **Department:** Warehouse / Logistics **Location:** Qatar Job Summary We are seeking a responsible and organized Warehouse Storekeeper to manage inventory, receive and issue materials, and maintain accurate stock records. The ideal candidate should have experience in warehouse operations and inventory control, ensuring efficient storage and movement of goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety. Key Responsibilities * Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products. * Store goods properly and maintain an organized warehouse layout. * Issue materials and products according to approved requests and company procedures. * Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system and physical stock registers. * Conduct regular stock counts and assist in periodic inventory audits. * Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies. * Ensure proper labeling and identification of all warehouse items. * Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the warehouse. * Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Sales, and Logistics departments regarding stock movements. * Prepare inventory and warehouse reports as required by management. Requirements * High School Diploma or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Storekeeper or Warehouse Assistant. * Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures. * Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications. * Good numerical and record\-keeping skills. * Ability to lift and move materials when required. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution companies. * Familiarity with stock control, inventory audits, and warehouse documentation.
