You will be the primary architect of our investment logic and portfolio appraisal. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Complex Valuation Modeling:** Develop and refine DCF (Discounted Cash Flow), comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction models. * **Asset Appraisal:** Evaluate intangible assets, brand equity, and equipment portfolios within the specialized service industry. * **Market Intelligence:** Conduct deep\-market research on Qatar’s cleaning and facility management sectors to identify undervalued growth opportunities. * **Investment Memorandums:** Prepare high\-impact presentations for the Board of Directors that break down the "why" and "how much" behind potential investments. * **Scenario Planning:** Stress\-test business cases against economic variables like inflation, labor market shifts, and regulatory changes in Qatar. **What You Bring to the Table** * **The Credentials:** A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics.
