**Job Summary:** The waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by attending to guests' needs in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Duties include taking orders, serving food and beverages, answering questions about the menu, and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\. **Customer Service:** * Greet guests warmly as they arrive and escort them to their tables. * Present menus and assist customers in selecting food and beverages. * Provide recommendations and upsell items when appropriate. * Address special dietary needs or preferences. 2\. **Order Management:** * Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar. * Confirm special requests with the kitchen, such as food allergies or modifications. * Serve meals and drinks promptly and correctly. 3\. **Dining Experience:** * Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with food and beverages. * Handle complaints or issues swiftly and professionally, escalating them to the manager if necessary. 4\. **Cleaning and Organization:** * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, chairs, and service areas. * Set up and clear tables efficiently, ensuring a high turnover rate during busy periods. * Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a sanitary dining environment. 5\. **Billing and Payments:** * Prepare accurate bills and process various payment methods. * Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly. 6\. **Team Collaboration:** * Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure smooth service. * Communicate guest feedback and special instructions effectively to other team members. **Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. * Basic math skills for handling payments. **Schedule:** * Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. **Benefits:** * May include employee meals, uniform allowances, and opportunities for advancement * Weekly one day off. **Salary Range**: Starting 2200 QAR per month **Send Your CVs** – 77348524 or mohamadsajith152@gmail.com Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From QAR2,200\.00 per month Application Deadline: 02/12/2024
