Position Summary As a Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that support our business operations. You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to build efficient, scalable, and secure solutions that enhance productivity and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain web, desktop, or enterprise applications. * Write clean, efficient, and well\-documented code. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues. * Perform software testing and quality assurance. * Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third\-party services. * Optimize application performance, security, and scalability. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to best development practices. * Maintain technical documentation and system specifications. * Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Software Developer, Application Developer, or similar role. * Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C\#, Python, JavaScript, or PHP. * Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.). * Familiarity with modern development frameworks and tools. * Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). * Knowledge of version control systems such as Git. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). * Knowledge of API development and system integrations. * Experience working in the energy, oil \& gas, or industrial sectors. * Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
