As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience from the moment they arrive at our establishment. * Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, assisting them in and out of vehicles * Open doors for guests, paying special attention to children, elderly, and individuals with disabilities * Manage vehicle parking procedures, coordinating with valet staff as needed * Stay informed about hotel facilities, local attractions, and current events to provide accurate information to guests * Assist with luggage handling, ensuring safe and efficient transport to and from guest rooms * Direct and control traffic flow at hotel driveways to maintain safety and order * Collaborate with security personnel to implement and uphold safety procedures * Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously * Assist with valet parking duties when required, including issuing tickets and retrieving vehicles * Maintain a clean and organized entrance area * Report lost and found items according to established protocols * Adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks efficiently * Uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times **Qualifications** * Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Strong problem\-solving abilities and attention to detail * Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively * Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage * Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm, courteous demeanor * Proven track record of reliability and responsibility * Team player with a collaborative attitude * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays * Valid driver's license for occasional valet parking assistance * Familiarity with local customs and etiquette in Doha, Qatar * Multilingual skills are highly advantageous * Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred * High school diploma or equivalent **Additional Information** Your team and working environment: In 1\-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the culture Note: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permits
