We are seeking a **Female Manager** to oversee the daily operations of Soleil Abaya. The ideal candidate should be experienced, well\-presented, and passionate about fashion retail, with strong leadership and customer service skills. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage daily operations across different branches. * Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets. * Ensure high standards of customer service and overall boutique presentation. * Handle customer inquiries and orders in person, via phone, email, and WhatsApp. * Prepare sales reports, maintain records, and handle basic administrative tasks. * Assist in marketing and business development initiatives to grow sales. * Communicate effectively with management and provide regular updates. * Ensure flexibility in working across different locations and varying shifts. * Maintain professionalism and composure while working under pressure. **Requirements:** * Minimum height: 5’4” * Experience: 3–5 years in the Abaya or fashion retail industry, preferably in a Gulf country * Presentable and well\-groomed appearance * Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) * Strong computer skills – proficient in MS Office, Teams, and email communication * Knowledgeable in taking measurements, handling orders, and providing customer assistance via WhatsApp * Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills * Able to assist with business development and sales growth initiatives * Efficient, detail\-oriented, and able to work under pressure * Flexible to work across different branches and timings Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR6,000\.00 \- QAR7,000\.00 per month
