The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, client\-handling experience, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with customers and property owners. Key Responsibilities: * Manage customer inquiries and provide professional support to clients. * Maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. * Coordinate with the sales and leasing team regarding client requirements. * Follow up with leads, clients, and property owners regularly. * Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. * Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates. * Assist in preparing property listings, agreements, and documentation. * Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality. * Support marketing and business development activities when required. Requirements: * Minimum 3\+ years of experience in real estate customer service or client relations. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Arabic speaking is an advantage. * Valid QID with transferable visa preferred.
