Focus on social media strategy and trend research **GS Group Ltd** is looking for a creative and hands\-on **Digital Marketing \& Content Creator** to join our team in Qatar. We are looking for someone who can **create, photograph, edit, and publish marketing content** across our social media platforms. This is a **hands\-on content and digital marketing role**, not a sales position. **Job Responsibilities:** * Plan and create engaging digital content for the company and its brands. * **Use professional cameras and photography equipment** to take high\-quality product, lifestyle, event, and promotional photos. * Shoot professional **video content** for social media and marketing campaigns. * Edit photos and videos for digital marketing purposes. * Create **Reels, TikTok videos, Instagram content, Stories, promotional videos, and other short\-form content**. * Manage and publish content across **Instagram, TikTok, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn**, and other relevant social media platforms. * Develop and maintain a **social media content calendar**. * Write captions, hashtags, and engaging social media copy. * Edit and optimize content according to each platform's requirements. * Support marketing campaigns, product launches, brand activations, events, and photoshoots. * Research current social media trends and develop creative content ideas. * Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports on engagement and content performance. * Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand image and communication. * Assist in maintaining and developing the company's digital presence. **Required Skills:** * **2–3\+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content Creation, or a similar role.** * **Strong photography skills** and ability to operate a professional camera. * Ability to properly compose, light, and capture **high\-quality marketing photographs**. * Experience with **video shooting and short\-form video production**. * Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly **Instagram, TikTok, Facebook/Meta, and LinkedIn**. * Experience creating content specifically for **Reels, TikTok, Stories, and other short\-form formats**. * Experience with photo and video editing software such as: * **Adobe Photoshop** * **Adobe Lightroom** * **Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects** * **DaVinci Resolve** * **Canva** * **CapCut** * Or equivalent professional editing software. * Strong understanding of current social media trends and digital content strategies. * Creative, visually oriented, and able to develop new content ideas. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Able to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines. * Experience in **beauty, wellness, spa, skincare, cosmetics, luxury, or lifestyle brands** is an advantage. * **Immediate joiner is strongly preferred.** * Candidates currently in Qatar are preferred. **Portfolio Requirement:** Candidates are **strongly encouraged to provide a portfolio, social media account, or examples of previous photography, video, graphic design, and social media work**.
