Summary: Seeking an FF&E/Interior Designer to prepare concepts, select materials, and coordinate project execution while ensuring compliance with budgets and design intent. Highlights: 1. Prepare FF&E concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials 2. Coordinate with multiple teams for smooth project execution 3. Ensure FF&E selections comply with budgets, quality, and design intent Respnsibilities: * Preparing FF\&E concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials. * Selecting furniture, fixtures, finishes, fabrics, lighting, and accessories based on project requirements. * Preparing FF\&E schedules, specifications, BOQs and material documentation. * Sourcing products and obtaining quotations from local and international suppliers. * Reviewing shop drawings, material samples, and technical submittals for compliance with project requirements. * Coordinating with the Sales, Projects, Procurement, and Estimation teams to ensure smooth project execution. * Attending client meetings, site visits, and project coordination meetings when required. * Monitoring project timelines and ensuring FF\&E deliverables are completed on schedule. * Keeping up to date with market trends, new materials, and supplier offerings. * Ensuring all FF\&E selections comply with project budgets, quality standards, and design intent. Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in FF\&E Design or Interior Design. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. * Strong knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, and product specifications. * Experience preparing BOQs, specifications, and coordinating with suppliers.
