The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming service requests, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring timely resolution of facilities\-related issues. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive, log, and track maintenance requests via phone, email, and CMMS system * Coordinate with technicians and supervisors to ensure timely job completion * Prioritize and escalate urgent maintenance issues as required * Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in Arabic and English * Maintain accurate records of all service requests and updates * Ensure high levels of customer service and responsiveness **Requirements:** * Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory) * Bachelor’s degree in a related field * Previous experience in Facilities Management or Helpdesk role preferred * Strong communication and coordination skills * Basic knowledge of MS Office and helpdesk systems * Ability to multitask and work under pressure Pay: From QAR1\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your nationality? * When will you be available to join? * What is your current salary?
