Support management with operational planning and process improvements **Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Supervisor to oversee daily service operations and ensure smooth coordination between field staff, office administration, and clients. This role requires strong communication, problem\-solving, and leadership skills to maintain service quality, address client needs, and support team performance. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and comfortable handling both operational coordination and customer communication. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field staff to ensure schedules and service standards are met. * Communicate regularly with staff to provide instructions, updates, and support. * Liaise with office administration to coordinate scheduling, reporting, and operational requirements. * Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, and service requests professionally. * Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner. * Monitor service quality and follow up with staff and clients to ensure satisfaction. * Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary. * Maintain clear records of communications, schedules, and service updates. * Support the management team with operational planning and process improvements. **Requirements:** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate between different teams. * Professional phone manner and customer service skills. * Problem\-solving mindset and ability to handle client concerns effectively. * Basic computer skills for scheduling, reporting, and communication. * Previous supervisory or coordination experience preferred. **Skills:** * Leadership and team coordination * Customer service and client communication * Organization and time management * Conflict resolution * Multitasking and adaptability **Work Environment:** This role involves regular communication with staff in the field, office administration, and clients.
