We are an exciting, brand\-new custom fragrance boutique dedicated to helping clients discover their perfect scent identity. We specialize in two main areas: crafting bespoke, one\-of\-a\-kind custom perfumes right in front of the customer, and creating high\-quality, accurate inspirations of world\-class designer fragrances. We are looking for a passionate, highly skilled **Perfumer** to lead our walk\-in consultation experience. If you have an exceptional nose, a deep knowledge of scent mixing, and love engaging with people, we want you to be the face of our new boutique! Key Responsibilities * **Walk\-In Consultations:** Greet walk\-in clients and guide them through an interactive, premium sensory experience to discover their scent preferences. * **On\-the\-Spot Custom Mixing:** Formulate and blend unique signature perfumes live for customers, adjusting top, middle, and base notes to their exact liking. * **Designer Replications:** Expertly guide customers looking for high\-quality, accurate matches of popular designer and niche fragrances using our premium ingredient library. * **Compounding \& Precision:** Safely and accurately measure, blend, and dilute fragrance oils and ingredients using digital scales to ensure perfect, stable results every time. * **Boutique Maintenance:** Keep the mixing station immaculate, organized, and visually appealing for customers. Track inventory of raw materials and log custom formulas carefully. Requirements \& Qualifications * **Proven Mixing Experience:** Strong experience in perfume mixing, fragrance compounding, or working in a custom scent environment. * **The "Nose" \& Technical Knowledge:** Deep understanding of fragrance families, raw materials, and how ingredients interact. You must be highly skilled at matching and replicating existing designer scent profiles. * **Exceptional Retail Hospitality:** Outgoing, patient, and articulate. You should excel at transforming a customer’s vague ideas (e.g., "I want something fresh but warm") into a physical fragrance. * **Precision \& Detail:** Comfort with precise measurements (grams/milliliters) while maintaining an engaging conversation with the client. * Professional presentation suitable for a luxury or premium retail environment.
