The ideal candidate will ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Key Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities for Flexo and Offset printing operations. * Manage and lead the production team to achieve productivity and quality targets. * Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance personnel to minimize downtime. * Ensure production schedules are followed and customer delivery deadlines are met. * Implement quality control procedures and maintain high printing standards. * Monitor material consumption and reduce production waste. * Coordinate with the sales, design, and logistics departments to ensure smooth workflow. * Train, motivate, and evaluate production staff. * Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. * Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to management. Requirements * Minimum **2 years of experience as a Production Manager** or similar role in the printing industry. * Hands\-on knowledge of **Flexographic Printing Machines** and **Offset Printing Machines**. * Experience managing and supervising production teams. * Strong leadership, planning, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Proficiency in production planning and quality management.
