This role combines project support duties with general administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and timelines * Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation * Monitor project progress and update managers on status * Maintain files, records, contracts, and administrative documents * Communicate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments * Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking * Organize travel arrangements, appointments, and office activities * Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally * Ensure compliance with company procedures and deadlines * Support senior management with administrative tasks and special projects Requirements \& Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field * Previous experience in project coordination or administrative support preferred * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Attention to detail and problem\-solving skills * Knowledge of project management tools is an advantage Preferred Skills * Time management and task prioritization * Data entry and report preparation * Customer service and coordination skills * Professional email and document handling * Team collaboration and adaptability Pay: QAR70,000\.00 \- QAR106,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
