Coordinate unit showings and ensure units are ready for viewing **Requirements:** * Minimum 5\-8 years of experience in property management, customer service, or real estate operations. * Diploma or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality or related field. * Proficiency in MS Office and Property Management Systems (PMS). * Act as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding daily operational matters. * Address tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns in within defined service timelines. * Ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction and service quality. * Coordinate with leasing and brokerage teams to facilitate unit showings. * Ensure vacant units are accessible, clean, and ready for viewing at all times. * Update the Property Management System (PMS) with real\-time and accurate data on unit status.
