Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth Rotomech International Trading \& Contracting W.L.L is seeking dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Engineers to join our growing team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have experience in technical sales within the Oil \& Gas, Industrial, MRO, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Safety, or related sectors. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, and maintaining strong relationships with customers across Qatar. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Identify and develop new business opportunities in Qatar market * Visit clients, contractors, consultants, and industrial facilities regularly * Handle RFQs, inquiries, technical submissions, and quotations * Coordinate with suppliers and OEMs for pricing and technical support * Follow up on quotations and negotiate orders * Build and maintain strong client relationships * Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives * Participate in vendor registrations and prequalification activities * Coordinate internally with procurement, logistics, and finance departments * Maintain proper CRM and sales activity records * Prepare weekly sales reports and market updates * Promote company products and services professionally **Education Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in: * Mechanical Engineering * Electrical Engineering * Instrumentation Engineering * Chemical Engineering * Industrial Engineering * or related field **Experience** * Minimum 2–5 years of GCC experience preferred * Experience in: * Oil \& Gas * Industrial Supply * MRO * Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation products * Technical sales **Skills Required** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Good technical understanding of industrial products * Experience handling RFQs and quotations * Ability to develop client relationships * Self\-motivated and target\-driven * Knowledge of Qatar market is an advantage * Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems preferred * Strong Microsoft Office skills **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ✅ Qatar Driving License ✅ Transferable Visa / NOC ✅ Existing client network in Qatar ✅ Experience with Oil \& Gas clients and contractors Pay: QAR3,000\.00 \- QAR4,000\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Oil and Gas: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driving License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
