As we expand, we are seeking an experienced **Telecom Legal Advisor** to ensure regulatory compliance and provide expert legal guidance across our operations. Role Overview We are looking for a **Telecom Legal Advisor** to oversee legal and regulatory matters related to telecommunications. This role requires expertise in telecom law, licensing, and compliance with Qatari and international regulations. You will be responsible for ensuring that Focco Telecom LLC operates within legal frameworks while supporting strategic growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities * Provide legal advice on telecom regulations, licensing, and compliance. * Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, partners, and clients. * Ensure compliance with Qatari telecom laws and international standards. * Advise on risk management, dispute resolution, and regulatory issues. * Collaborate with internal teams to align legal requirements with business operations. * Monitor changes in telecom legislation and provide timely updates to management. * Support business development by advising on legal aspects of new ventures. * Prepare reports and provide legal insights to senior leadership. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM). * Licensed to practice law in Qatar or another recognized jurisdiction. * 7–10 years of experience in telecom law, corporate law, or regulatory compliance. * Strong knowledge of Qatari telecom frameworks and international telecom regulations. * Proven track record of managing complex legal and compliance matters successfully. * Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, technology\-driven environment.
