The Warehouse Executive leads and supports the delivery counter team, ensuring continuous process improvement through effective team management and collaboration.**Principal Accountabilities** * To ensure high level of customer satisfaction, by providing excellent services \& support at the delivery counter area in CPD warehouse. Ensuring on\-time parts delivery \& returns. * Guidance \& coaching, allocating manpower according to the department’s requirement, assigning tasks \& leading by example. * Team members, SOPs, plan \& apply new ideas and take feedback into consideration with KAIZEN mindset. * Customer Complaint handling, while focusing on CSI targets.
