As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Cargo Team in Doha as Global Sales and Operations Analyst About the Role In this role, you will support the analysis and reporting of commercial, operational and financial performance across Qatar Airways Cargo global accounts and special product portfolios. The role supports global account owners and stakeholders through performance monitoring, reporting, process improvement initiatives and business continuity activities. Other responsibilities include: * Analyze commercial, operational and financial performance data and produce dashboards, reports and forecasts. * Support sales, product and operational teams by identifying process improvements, monitoring performance and facilitating business continuity. * Coordinate with stakeholders on sales policies, contracts, customer profiles, tenders, RFQs and service performance reporting. * Support digitalization, automation and training initiatives across the cargo network. * Assist in resolving commercial and revenue\-related issues while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. Together, everything is possible. ### **Qualification** About You * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of job\-related experience * Experience within a sales, operational and technical environment. * Understanding of the airline cargo value chain and strong analytical skills. * Strong presentation, planning and English communication skills. * Knowledge of market trends, product knowledge and competitor awareness are preferred.
