Supportive and professional working environment. **Job Summary** We are looking for qualified and experienced drivers to join our driving academy as **Heavy Driving Instructor.** Successful candidates will receive professional training to become licensed driving instructors and will be responsible for delivering safe, professional, and effective driving lessons to students. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct practical driving lessons for students of different skill levels. * Provide classroom and on\-road training as required. * Teach traffic laws, road signs, road safety, defensive driving, and safe driving practices. * Assess students’ driving skills and provide clear, constructive feedback. * Prepare students for their driving tests and ensure they understand the required procedures and maneuvers. * Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, assessments, and lesson plans. * Ensure the safety of students throughout all driving lessons. * Follow Qatar traffic laws, academy policies, and safety procedures. * Stay updated on relevant traffic rules, regulations, and safe\-driving practices. * Maintain a professional, patient, and respectful attitude with all students. **Requirements** * **Heavy Vehicle Driving License – Mandatory.** * **Minimum 5 years of heavy vehicle driving experience.** * Candidates holding a **valid home\-country driving license** **can apply.** * Minimum education: **Higher Secondary / Plus Two**. * **Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) / Good Conduct Certificate** required * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Responsible, patient, disciplined, and safety\-conscious. * Candidates available for **immediate joining** will be preferred. **Language Requirements: \-** * Fluent in Hindi, Urdu and Pashtu. * Basic knowledge of Arabic and English is acceptable. **Preferred Candidate Profile** * Strong commitment to road safety and responsible driving. * Good understanding of traffic rules, road signs, and safe driving practices. * Patient, disciplined, and professional attitude. * Ability to communicate effectively with students from different nationalities and backgrounds. * Willingness to learn and complete professional driving instructor training. **What We Offer** * Professional training to become a licensed driving instructor. * Accommodation provided for eligible employees. * Overtime opportunities with a highly competitive overtime rate. * Performance\-based incentives linked to students’ success rates. * Uniform provided. * Uniform laundry service provided. * Opportunity to develop a long\-term career in professional driving instruction. * Supportive and professional working environment.
