**Data Officer / General Administrator**
The Data Officer / General Administrator plays a key role in supporting both front office operations and student data management. This position is responsible for ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception environment while maintaining accurate and secure student records. This is a critically important role, primarily responsible for overseeing and maintaining the school’s complete student database, ensuring accuracy, organization, and secure management of all student records.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage front office duties, including greeting visitors professionally and directing them according to their needs.
* Provide clear and timely information to parents, staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
* Ensure reception tasks are handled efficiently to support the smooth functioning of academic and administrative operations.
* Work under the direction of the Registrar; workload may vary in intensity throughout the academic year.
* Maintain and manage accurate student data and records, ensuring all files are up to date and securely stored.
* Oversee and manage the school’s student database, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

**Requirement:**
* Candidates must be locally available in Qatar.
