Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors **About the Role** We are seeking a creative and detail\-oriented Interior Designer with strong experience in interior fit\-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with clients and project teams, and ensuring the successful execution of commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, and office fit\-out projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent design skills, technical knowledge, and hands\-on experience managing projects from concept development through execution while ensuring quality, functionality, and client satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop creative interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and space planning solutions. * Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings, shop drawings, renderings, and presentation materials. * Design commercial, residential, retail, office, hospitality, and fit\-out projects. * Conduct site surveys, measurements, and client meetings to understand project requirements. * Prepare material selections, finishes, furniture layouts, and specifications. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project managers throughout project execution. * Review and coordinate shop drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications. * Support tendering activities by preparing BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation. * Monitor site progress and ensure design quality during fit\-out execution. * Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and industry standards. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. * Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Interior Design and Fit\-Out projects. * Proven experience in commercial, residential, office, retail, and hospitality fit\-out projects. * Strong knowledge of space planning, interior finishes, furniture, lighting, and material specifications. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, V\-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office. * Experience preparing concept designs, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation. * Strong understanding of fit\-out construction processes, site coordination, and project execution. * Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients. * Strong presentation, communication, and client relationship management skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. * Qatar or GCC experience is preferred. * Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
