We are currently looking for a **professional and organized Receptionist** to become part of our growing team. **Role Overview** The Receptionist is the first point of contact at Wellnest and plays a key role in creating a seamless client experience. We are looking for someone who is professional, polished, friendly, and highly organized, with the ability to manage daily operations efficiently while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. **Key Responsibilities** * Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally * Manage bookings, schedules, and class coordination * Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and client follow\-ups * Support membership registrations and payments * Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area * Coordinate with trainers and management regarding daily operations * Ensure clients receive a premium and personalized experience * Assist with basic administrative and operational tasks **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or wellness industry preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Professional appearance and positive attitude * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Comfortable using booking systems, WhatsApp, and basic computer software * Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) * Ability to work in a fast\-paced but refined environment **What We Offer** * Opportunity to work in a premium wellness environment * Professional and supportive team culture * Career growth opportunities within a developing luxury brand * Competitive salary package Pay: QAR3,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
