Summary: Seeking an experienced professional to develop strategic marketing plans, identify new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships within the engineering and construction sectors. Focus on the Qatar market and local business environment Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic marketing and business development plans. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within government, semi\-government, and private sectors. * Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end\-users. * Prepare technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. * Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings. * Monitor ongoing projects and support the sales team in achieving business targets. * Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities, leads, and business development progress. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical). * Minimum **8 years of experience** in marketing, sales, or business development within engineering, construction, fire protection, MEP, or related industries. * Strong knowledge of the Qatar market and local business environment. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to develop and maintain high\-level client relationships. * Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory. * Arabic nationality are highly preferred. * Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills will be a significant advantage.
