Coordinate with various teams for efficient stock management Job Title: Storekeeper Company: GISS – Gift Station Trading Job Type: Full\-timeLocation: Qatar Job Summary:GISS – Gift Station Trading is looking for a responsible and organized Storekeeper to manage the company’s inventory, ensure proper storage of materials and products, and maintain accurate stock records. Key Responsibilities: * Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods and materials. * Check quantities and items against invoices and delivery documents. * Store products and materials properly and maintain an organized warehouse. * Issue materials and products to different departments based on approved requests. * Maintain accurate inventory and stock records. * Monitor stock levels and report low\-stock or damaged items to management. * Conduct regular stock counts and physical inventory checks. * Record incoming and outgoing stock accurately. * Ensure all items are properly labeled and stored. * Coordinate with the production, purchasing, accounting, and sales teams. * Prepare stock requisitions and inventory reports when required. * Monitor damaged, missing, or returned items and report discrepancies. * Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the storage area. * Follow company procedures for receiving, storing, and issuing inventory. Requirements: * Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role is preferred. * Experience in inventory management is an advantage. * Good knowledge of stock control and warehouse procedures. * Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel. * Strong organizational and attention\-to\-detail skills. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Physically able to handle and move stock when required. * Honest, reliable, responsible, and punctual. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred:Experience in a retail, trading, garment, printing, or production company is an advantage. Work Location: In person
