Possess 7\-10 years of experience and know\-how of aviation sector / aviation authority activities 2\. Have strategic bent of mind and alignment, good problem\-solving skills and forward\-thinking approach 3\. Have strong and clear concepts of project management 4\. Have ability to be agile, flexible with client / customer service mind set 5\. Possess good communication skills and people skills / teamwork, good technical skills in MS office 6\. Professional fluency in Arabic is preferred Technical Requirements 1\. Possess strong understanding of aviation sector performance KPI / review of progress of work of department 2\. Conduct regular meetings with technical departments (ANSP, Regulatory) to chase progress on strategic initiatives, support in resolving any technical questions / queries etc. 3\. Continuously review the strategic and operations KPIs, suggest to update / add or remove KPIs based on the evolving business or regulatory conditions 4\. Focus on technical / business department strategic initiative implementation 5\. Ability to work closely with strategic initiative champions and develop scope of work for strategic initiatives (technical initiatives, business departments) 6\.
