Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler with a focus on fit Out projects. Experience working on commercial, residential, or large\-scale projects preferred. Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools Key responsibilities: * Develop and manage 3D BIM models for fitout projects, ensuring they meet LOD 400 and LOD 500 standards * Integrate and detail fitout elements such as furniture, fixtures, and equipment within the BIM models. * Ensure that shop drawings are properly detailed and aligned with construction requirements * Assist in the preparation of design presentations and project deliverables using BIM models. * Provide BIM data analysis and visualization support to project teams, including generating 3D views and animations as needed.
