The ideal candidate will be proficient in industry\-standard software such as **Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD**, with proven experience in delivering high\-quality BIM models for construction projects across multiple disciplines. **Experience \& Skills** * **4 to 10 years of relevant professional experience** in BIM modeling * Strong proficiency in **Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks** * Demonstrated experience in preparing schematics and detailed technical drawings * Knowledge of **Civil 3D** for infrastructure projects is an advantage * Solid understanding of **BIM Levels of Development (LOD 400–LOD 500\)** * High attention to detail with the ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment **Responsibilities** * Develop detailed and coordinated BIM models for **Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and MEP** projects * Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure accurate design representation * Produce 3D models and 2D construction drawings using BIM and CAD software * Review, update, and revise models based on project requirements and design changes * Perform clash detection and assist in clash resolution across disciplines using BIM tools * Generate accurate quantity take\-offs from BIM models * Maintain organized BIM files, standards, and project documentation **Requirements** * Open to **Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and MEP Engineers / BIM Modelers** * Degree or Diploma in **Architecture, Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MEP, or equivalent discipline** * Proficiency in **Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD** is mandatory * Strong team player with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism * Preferred candidates who **can join immediately** Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
