Key Responsibilities * Install, configure, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) including HVAC, lighting, access control, and fire safety integrations. * Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of BMS equipment. * Monitor system performance and respond to alarms or faults to ensure uninterrupted building operations. * Assist in commissioning new systems and support integration with MEP and fire fighting systems. * Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project teams to deliver technical support during project execution. * Maintain accurate records of system configurations, maintenance activities, and service reports. * Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
