The role involves assisting with administrative tasks, client communication, reporting, and operational support to help streamline workflows and support business growth in Doha. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and oversee daily business operations and inter\-departmental activities. * Serve as a communication link between management, staff, clients, and external partners. * Prepare reports, presentations, business documents, and correspondence. * Manage scheduling of meetings, appointments, and internal coordination activities. * Support project tracking and ensure deadlines are met across departments. * Maintain accurate records, databases, and company documentation. * Assist in handling client inquiries and follow\-ups in a professional manner. * Monitor operational processes and recommend improvements for efficiency. * Support procurement activities and coordination with vendors and suppliers. * Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in business coordination, administration, or operations support. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to work independently and within a team environment. * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills. * Experience in the GCC region is an advantage. **Preferred Skills** * Experience in project coordination or office management. * Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems. * Strong interpersonal and client service skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Professional and supportive work environment * Career growth and development opportunities * Exposure to diverse business operations and projects * Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in Doha نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
