The role ensures efficient automation, integration, and compliance with organizational communication standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain correspondence management Services flows and features. * Integrate correspondence systems with EDRMS, Oracle ERP, and SharePoint. * Implement security and access control for correspondence data. * Troubleshoot and optimize system performance and usability. * Maintain technical documentation and oversee code versioning. **Required Qualification & Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related discipline. * 7+ years of development experience (.NET, PHP, or C# preferred). * Strong understanding of EDRMS and correspondence Services flows. * Experience with APIs and database design (MySQL, SQL Server). * Excellent debugging, documentation, and collaboration skills.
