We are seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings, layouts, and technical designs in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. The role involves close coordination with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure timely completion and high\-quality deliverables. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare detailed architectural drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD/Revit or related software. * Develop 2D and 3D drawings, sections, elevations, and as\-built drawings. * Ensure drawings comply with relevant standards, building codes, and regulations. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to clarify design requirements. * Modify and update drawings based on feedback and design changes. * Maintain organized documentation and drawing registers. * Assist in preparing presentations, design proposals, and project documentation. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Diploma/Degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or a related field. * Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman (7 to 10 years) * Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and other drafting tools is an advantage. * Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and building standards. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
