Opportunity for career development in game operations and live support Game Support Coordinator **Lupo Games LLC – Lusail, Qatar** Overview Lupo Games LLC is seeking a detail\-oriented and player\-focused **Game Support Coordinator** to join our growing team in Lusail. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between players and our development teams, ensuring that user issues are resolved efficiently and that player feedback contributes directly to improving the gaming experience. Key Responsibilities * Provide timely and professional support to players across multiple channels (email, in\-game tickets, and community platforms). * Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve gameplay, account, and technical issues. * Escalate complex bugs and system issues to QA and development teams with clear documentation. * Monitor player feedback, identify recurring issues, and suggest improvements to gameplay or systems. * Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions using internal tracking tools. * Assist in moderating community behavior in accordance with company policies. * Collaborate with game designers, developers, and QA teams to improve player experience. * Contribute to the creation and updating of support documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides. Required Skills \& Qualifications * Previous experience in customer support, game support, or community management (gaming industry preferred). * Strong understanding of online games, player behavior, and live service environments. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). * Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and provide clear solutions. * Familiarity with support tools, ticketing systems, or CRM platforms. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously. * Passion for gaming and improving player experience.
