**Experience:** * Minimum **10 years** of proven experience in **construction** and **oil \& gas** projects. * Strong background in **project management**, **engineering design**, and **site execution**. * Experience in **managing multidisciplinary teams** and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise engineering teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery. * Review and approve technical drawings, designs, and project specifications. * Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and project requirements. * Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues. * Prepare and present project progress reports to management and clients. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering** (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or related field). * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Proficiency in relevant engineering and project management software. * **Nationality:** Preferably **Arab**.
